About Lance Olson
Having washed into Florida on the cusp of Hurricane Irma (the house is fine, thank you,) I am now visiting with and taking on new partners and clients, eager for new adventures.
I left Stowe’s Spruce Peak Arts Center Foundation in the capable hands of a great board, a dedicated staff, and the new executive director, Hope Sullivan. I am proud to have guided them through a mission-vision-values planning process that lead to a revised job description and national search. I served as search facilitator while continuing as executive director, and left with a fully planned season, catalog in final production, and fall fundraising campaign in place, to help Hope focus on building the organization to meet the board’s assertive vision for central Vermont.
